The Centre for Scientific Computing

The MPhil programme in Scientific Computing is a full-time course which provides world-class education on high performance computing and advanced algorithms for numerical simulation at continuum and atomic-scale levels.

Covering topics of high-performance scientific computing and advanced numerical methods and techniques, it produces graduates with rigorous research and analytical skills, who are formidably well-equipped to proceed to doctoral research or directly into employment in industry, the professions, and the public service. It also serves as the first year of the four-year doctoral training programme in Computational Methods for Materials Science.

For applications to this course, see the Cambridge post-graduate admissions site.
